The thermal bath Katarína is placed in a beautiful area in Kremnica. The thermal is water drawn into the pools from springs 376 meters underground and the miners working in the hills have aware of its healing effects for hundreds of years. The springs were also used for drinking and for bathing. Modern science has acknowledged the waters beneficial effects on the nervous system and muscles.

In this (alebo: our) thermal bath you will find a swimming pool, a relaxing pool (both have a length of 50 meters), a pool for children and a hip bath. Water temperature fluctuates between 26-31°C – depending on the pool type. The site contains restaurants and a hire service for beach accommodation and sporting goods.

Close to the thermal bath there is a supervised car park, tennis-courts, a gym including a fitness centre and a light athletic field. Accommodation is situated next to the thermal bath. It offers accommodation in frame cabins, a completely equipped common kitchen and sanitary facilities.
